What is Self Esteem?

Put simply, self esteem is a person's own assessment of themselves expressively, sensitively, bodily, and mentally. Self esteem is mainly about the attraction we provide ourselves, how much we similar to ourselves, and how fit we suffer about ourselves. Self esteem is something we have internalized over time, and has frequently been prejudiced by other sources such as friends, relations, and any important other facts in our lives. If a human being is told that they are 'not good enough' over a convinced period of time by a close one; or coworker; or educator for example; it is likely this person will to some degree have supposed the censure as 'truth'. We can often be tricked into thinking wealthy and successful people have certainly got the maximum levels of self esteem. This however is an delusion. Our lives can be busted down into diverse categories and, while career; riches; and class are three particular categories; self esteem may be missing in family, connection, and strength categories for instance. We are all human, so it follows that our self esteem will fluctuate throughout the different changes and challenges we meet.
